DynaPath offers the WinDelta CNC Control system for Machine Tool Applications

The WinDelta Control system is a PC-based, fully closed loop CNC control solution featuring advanced motion control, built-in software PLC, and a Windows-based HMI. The CNC hardware can be configured for up to 4-axis simultaneous motion control using an analog voltage command interface or an optional digital interface. The system includes standard built-in motion, PLC, and HMI modules, with the capability for custom development.

With WinDelta, most jobs can be performed with built-in DRO/Semi-Auto functions or programmed on the control using the Conversational Editor with DXF Import. WinDelta also natively supports standard G-Code and custom macros, so advanced jobs posted from CAD/CAMs can also be run directly on the control.Conversational ProgrammingThe built-in Conversational Editor allows quick and easy part programming directly on the control without knowledge of G-Code. Progammable events include:

  • Drill, Bore, Tap Cycles
  • Circle, Frame, Irregular, Open Contour Milling
  • Circle, Frame, Irregular, Tapered Pocket Milling
  • Profile, Face Turning and Grooving
