Graphite Mill Features
DynaPath Graphite Mills are purpose built machines specifically designed to excel in high speed machining with fine tools to produce quality surface finishes in making graphite electrodes for mold making. The maximum rapid speed is 15 m/min (590 ipm) and the maximum cutting feed is up to 10 m/min (400 ipm).

Graphite Protection
To protect against highly abrasive and conductive graphite chips and dust, each axis is equipped with specially designed End Seals, Underside Seals, Internal Seals, and Metal Wipers which isolate the ball screws and linear guides from damage due to graphite dust.
